THREE RECOMMENDED OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES


Through market research, business analysis, customer discovery, and shadowing the operations team at the winery. We provided three feasible operational strategies on true customer needs instead of a superficial want. The deeper focus on customer experiences tends to foster a stronger brand loyalty, and was able to help the brand increase revenue rather than simply reducing costs.
